In order to use our service, you are obligated to spend into our account funds from a metal-backed online digital currency. The currency vendor may maintain a database of transactions and their privacy policy applies to their system.

We keep records of the transactions that our system performs. These records are kept for our internal audit purposes and for verifying that transactions were completed. We do not share these records with anyone outside our company.

If Global Bullion changes its privacy policy, these changes will be posted here so that you will always know what information Global Bullion gathers, how Global Bullion might use that information, and whether Global Bullion will disclose it to anyone.
